OFFSET PRINTING
Offset printing allows for sharper image reproduction, Pantone color usage and richer CMYK color. The high quality is more consistent over the length of larger print quantities (more than a 1000). While there are set up costs to consider, when quantities are larger, the per-unit cost of offset printing usually makes it an affordable option when you need precise color and larger quantities.
DIGITAL PRINTING
The quality of our digital printing is so good, customers struggle to see the difference from our CMYK offset printing. With this superior quality, our digital services provide customers the speed and flexibility they need for smaller printing quantities.
HP Indigo presses provide great flexibility, with more than 3,000 paper options. They are also among the fastest digital presses on the market. With a larger 20” x 29” press size, we can apply all of the benefits of digital printing to larger projects.
We can also personalize your materials and take a custom approach to targeting your audience by using our variable printing capabilities. Customization allows you to tailor content, images and graphics to appeal to your individual customer personas and target markets. Variable printing is perfect for direct marketing, fundraising and development appeals.

GREEN PRINTING
Today, printers and print buyers alike understand that print, when properly used and planned, can be beneficial for our environment. Paper is a true renewable resource. Each year, more trees are planted than are harvested to help sustain the supply of wood and pulp for the paper industry.
We are conscientiously pursuing green printing by using bio-renewable inks, recycled paper and energy-efficient equipment.
Solar Power at Merit Press!
We use solar panels on the roof of our facility to power our printing. During the course of last year, we conserved enough energy to save about 120 barrels of oil and had a carbon offset of approximately 286,000 pounds.
